Returns and Refunds

We comit to the quality of our products and service. Shall you decide that the product that you purchased is not suitable for you or you are not satisfied with the quality of our products — we will be more than happy to refund your money. No questions asked.

Please send the product(s) back to us withing 30 days of ordering and you will get an immediate exchange or refund.
You will be refunded for the entire cost of your order but we can't offer you a refund for the postage costs — this is a service that has already been provided and we can't cover for that.

Please Note:

  1. If you are returning one or more than the same product — we will refund you for the one opened and any un-opened items in re-sellable condition.
  2. If you are returning one of our FullWash Home Enema Kit please note we can only refund you if the product has not been used. Please do not return used products as you will not be refunded for it.

Missing products

If you have a missing product from your order, please contact us directly within 30 days of your purchase and we will investigate. We are not liable for any missing products reports if you exceed this time frame.

Lost or damaged parcels

We take great care to make sure our products are received in excellent condition. Various factors can damage your products during delivery. We'll be more than happy to refund or replace the products that are damaged. Simply send it back to us within 30 days from your purchase.
In the unlikely case that your product isn't delivered we can offer you a refund for your order except the shipping costs. We will process lost parcels queries only after the full predicted delivery time has passed + 15 business days for UK orders and 25 business days for international orders.
