Are you delivering outside the United Kingdom?

Yes, we deliver both in the United Kinkgom and internationally. All our orders are sent through the Royal Mail service, we have an excellent record of delivery rate and we commit to fast and reliable delivery times.


How much does it cost to post an average order?

At the moment we operate a flat £3 shipping fee for both UK and international orders, independent of their size.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

We do our best to ship the same day, but in some cases it may take 2 business days for the order to be despatched, depending on when the order was placed. After shipping, delivery time will be dependent on Royal Mail delivery times, normally taking from 1 to 5 business days for UK deliveries, 2 to 7 business days for European customers and between 4 and 10 business days for USA and international customers.
An order is considered lost if not delivered within 15 business days for UK orders and 30 business days for interantional customers.


What type of package are the orders packed into?

The products are packed into discreet envelopes or boxes, depending on the order size. We value your privacy and intend to keep the contents of the package discreet.
Most recently, we started to adopt square flat bottles which are letterbox friendly.


I did not receive my Confirmation Code via email when I registered

When you create an account, we will send you a confirmation email which will contain a verification link. If it doesn’t arrive after 5 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folders — sometimes email services will automatically send mails to these. If this occurs, please move the message to your main folder and add our email address to your Contacts list so that next time you don't miss any messages from us.
