Pre-sprouting stage is the most nutrient and enzyme-rich stage and this provides access to obtaining the most of the minerals, amino acids and essential fatty acids which otherwise would get lost or consumed during the process. About the ingredients

To make this formula even stronger and to improve some of the characteristics of this product, other organic fruits and vegetables extracts have been added which only add up to the beneficial high-levels of vitamins, minrals, enzymes, trace elements and natural dietary fibre.


Rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, these seeds assist in energy generation and due to the fibre they contain they add bulk to the stools in the bowel, promoting a healthier digestion this way.


Wheatgrass alone is considered to be a superfood due to its increased nutrient-to-calorie ratio. Roughly, 1 pound of wheatgrass equals to 23 pounds of fresh garden vegetables! The nutritional value in wheatgrass is mainly due to chlorophyll — a green pigment which is responsible for transforming the sunlight into energy by a process known as photosynthesis. Wheatgrass contains up to 70% chlorophyll and very rich in both vitamins (A, all B range of vitamins, C, E, K) and minerals (iron, phosphate, boron, copper, selenium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, chromium, manganese, phosphorus, silicon and zinc).
Wheatgrass is also a rich source of dietary fibre, a source of plant protein as well, it doesn't contain the high levels of saturated fat, cholesterol and calories which are usually found in animal or dairy sources.
Natural enzymes are also found in wheatgrass, which are called exogenous as they are not produced in the human body and need to be added in the human digestive tract from other sources. These enzymes are: oxidase, lipase, protease, catalase, peroxidase, transhydrodinase and superoxydismutase (SOD).


The quinoa grain has a high protein content and has been added to this formula in order to support the amino acid profile of the pre-sprouted barley and wheatgrass.

Barley grass

This ingredient is rich in vitmains and minerals such as pro-vitamin A, B6, C, D, E, K, P but also yields 10 times more mineral value than the average grain and adds 8 essential enzymes.

Seagreens® Ascophyllum (Kelp)

This is a seaweed met in the Atlantic Ocean, also known as kelp, common on the north-western coast of Europe (Portugal, East Greenland, North-Eastern coast of North-America). The reason the Seagreens® Ascophyllum was chosen to be sourced from the Scottish Outer Hebrides is because of the highest level of iodine levels in this species (700mcg iodine per 1g). Ascophyllum nodosum is also rich in both macro-nutrients (e.g. nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulphur) but also micro-nutrients (e.g. manganese, copper, iron, zinc). It also contains cytokinins, auxin-like gibberellins, betaines, mannitol, organic acids, polysaccharides, antioxidants and proteins — all considered highly beneficial.


Spirulina is also a sea plant, naturally harvested and included in this formula due to its wide range of vitamins, minerals, trace elements and amino acids.

Acai berry

This berry originating from South America is known to be rich in antioxidants and dietary fibre, but also important Omega 6 and Omega 9 essential fatty acids, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C and minerals including iron, calcium, zinc.
